Description:

The IAPC is a rapid deployment ballistic threat protection carrier. The Internal Ballistic Plate Pockets accept SAPI, BALCS, ESAPI and PATRIOT plates which are not included with this item and can be purchased separately. When plates are used with this carrier it is worn over the top of your soft armor. It comes with a Level IIIA+ Armor Supplement Panel to give you that extra added protection. The IAPC is perfect for Military Units that currently wear concealed armor and may need rifle rated protection at a moments notice.

This item requires an ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY ID or an ACTIVE CONTRACTOR ID with documentation of current active status or contract to purchase.

Documentation required includes:

Military member or contractor name, unit or company name, address, phone number, fax number, email (if available), & contract number.

A copy of current identification along with documentation must be faxed in and verified before being able to be shipped.

Warranty Disclaimer:

The obligations of Patriot and the rights and remedies of the purchaser / claimant set forth in this limited warranty are exclusive and in substitution for all other warranties, obligations and liabilities of Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing. No other warranty is expressed and none shall be implied, including, without limitation, the warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for use of for a particular purpose.

Exclusions From Warranty:

Any Patriot product which has been damaged as a result of installation / use contrary to any of Patriot’s written installation / use instructions is not covered by this warranty. Any Patriot product which has been damaged as a result of any testing, 1 - 3 adjustments or modification that is contrary to any of Patriot’s written instructions is not covered by this warranty. Any Patriot product which has been modified by any non-Patriot component is not covered by this warranty. Any Patriot product having a defect caused by neglect, accident, misuse, abuse, use in a manner that is not normal or customary; or extraordinary use or maintenance is not covered by this warranty. Any discoloring, peeling, scratches, cracks, or similar defect in product finish caused by or deemed a direct result of environmental factors outside the control of Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing is not covered by this warranty. No warranty is made that the Patriot product will meet your requirements or will work in combination with any products provided by third parties.

Remedies:

If a claim is made under this warranty and, after investigation by Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing, proves to be valid, Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing, will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the product(s) that do not conform to this limited warranty. We will use only new Patriot products or parts. Upon such a repair or replacement, the original remaining warranty period will continue in effect and be applicable to the repaired or replacement Patriot product. Patriot will pay for return shipping for any bona fide claim and subsequent return of product(s) to the claimant.

Except as expressly provided in this limited warranty to the contrary, Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing, shall not be obligated or liable for other costs related to installation, repair, or replacement of any of its products or for loss of, or damage to, any material which is not sold by Patriot Outfitters Manufacturing.
