Orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Orders will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
Shipping is calculated based on your order total. This does not include any expedited shipping, special handling, or taxes. Due to state sales tax laws, shipments within the state of North Carolina are taxable, as are the shipping charges.
We may ship the order via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We can not be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages under any circumstances. We will provide you with tracking information once the order has shipped.
We strive to ship with the shortest turn around time possible. However, if you require expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping rate quote.
Orders will not be shipped outside the United States EXCEPT to APO/FPO addresses. Due to various shipping carrier requirements, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional fees. Please contact us for a shipping rate quote, or a customer service representative will contact you via email with the correct shipping total once your order is placed.
Return Shipping Information
Unfortunately, we can not offer refunds on shipping charges if the order is returned to us. Furthermore, we do not cover return shipping charges on items being returned to us.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or USPS Insured Parcel Post for your return shipment so you can track the delivery of your package.
Return Product Information:
All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days, with the exception of electronics or watches, which must be returned within 14 days, with original receipt.
Any electronics or watches must have all components, in original box, with all manuals in order to be accepted for return or exchange, with original receipt.
Clothing will be exchanged only if unworn, with all tags, with original receipt.
Footwear will be accepted for return only if unworn, in original box, with receipt.
For hygienic reasons, we can not accept any returns or exchanges of bathing suits, underwear, sports bras, socks, etc.
For safety reasons, we can not accept any returns or exchanges of ballistic materials, under any circumstances.
Special orders may be returned with original receipt, but may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
All refunds must be made via the method of payment used for purchase.
All clearance item sales are final.
