An estimated delivery date will be emailed to you, along with tracking information for your order. These dates vary due to adverse weather conditions, carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

We operate within the United States for customers within the United States and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses, this is to avoid overseas fraudulent activity. APO/FPO addresses ARE considered United States addresses, and we will gladly ship orders to our military personnel deployed to locations overseas using an APO/FPO address.

For your package safety, it is best to have an adult, over the age of 18, available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.  Signature confirmation will be waived for APO/FPO addresses, as it is often difficult to obtain from the receiving party, and can be waived only on request for other orders. We can not be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages under any circumstances.
